What Surfbound’s GLP-1 plans cost, all-in, at every dose
One table, every plan, no ranges. Each price below is what is charged per month including every mandatory recurring fee. There is no separate membership fee, the price does not rise as the prescribed dose increases, and no multi-month prepayment is required.

Every plan, priced
Ordered by all-in monthly cost, lowest first. “All-in” means the medication plus every mandatory recurring fee. The 3- and 6-month columns are prepaid package totals charged in full after approval — not a monthly installment.

Why the price does not depend on your dose
Many programs advertise a starting-dose price that steps up as the dose titrates. A figure like that is not a monthly bill, it is an entry point. The numbers in this table are the same at every prescribed dose, so no plan here becomes more expensive partway through treatment.

Where the numbers come from
Every figure is read from Surfbound’s own production pricing configuration, which is the same source the site’s plan pages display. Nothing in this table is estimated, averaged or filled in to make it look complete.
Last verified November 2, 2026. Prices can change after that date; confirm the current figure on the plan page before relying on it.
What this dataset does not claim
- It covers Surfbound only. It is not a comparison with other providers, and no competitor price is asserted here.
- It is not a price list for brand-name medications (Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro), which are not sold through this program.
- It records list prices, not what any individual is charged after a provider review, and not taxes where they apply.
- It states no price end date, because no end date is published. Figures are valid as of the verification date and can change after it.
- It makes no claim about which medication is appropriate for anyone. That is a decision for a licensed provider.
Check a plan in detail
Eligibility is decided by a licensed provider. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished products and are not interchangeable with brand-name drugs.
