How the service works
Treatment follows a clinical process, not an automated checkout:
- Complete a secure online health intake — you answer questions about your health history, current medications, and treatment goals.
- A licensed provider reviews your intake — the provider determines whether treatment is medically appropriate for you.
- A prescription is written only when appropriate — no prescription is guaranteed before a clinical review.
- A licensed pharmacy prepares and ships treatment — discreetly to the address you provide, if prescribed.

Surfbound does not practice medicine, operate a pharmacy, or guarantee prescriptions.
What it costs
Surfbound operates on a cash-pay model — no insurance is required, and pricing is shown before you complete your intake. There are no membership fees, no separate provider fees, and no dose-based upcharges within a treatment plan.
