Surfbound Health connects eligible adults with licensed providers for online evaluation of compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Semaglutide is $169/month and tirzepatide is $219/month, with no separate membership fee or dose-based price increase.
You complete a short online intake. A licensed provider then reviews your health history. Treatment is prescribed only when it is medically appropriate. If prescribed, an independent licensed pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it to you. You pay month to month. Surfbound does not bill insurance, so you can use the cash-pay service whether or not you have insurance.
Fulfillment is handled by independent compounding pharmacies, including Emerald Compounding Pharmacy in Tampa, Florida and Striker Pharmacy in Katy, Texas. Surfbound does not own or control these pharmacies.
